We do not provide international shipping. Only USA and Canada.

Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to BB&CO Kollective and to the buyer. 

BB&CO Kollective is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.

BB&CO Kollective is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 

If your item arrives damaged, contact us ASAP!

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email [email protected]. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me address to your needs quicker. Please send proof of your order, receipt or invoice information, and a picture of the items that you received. We will make it right!

Package Sent Back?  

When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

USPS DELAYS:

Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.

All orders will be processed within 2-3 days, and USPS processing times vary but typically 3-7 days. If longer times we will notify you via email.

BB&CO Kollective is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting BB&CO Kollective. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. 

Digital Downloads of Anykind

If the download link does not work, or you can not open your download. Please email us asap so we can manually send it. Please provide correct information, receipt, email address and name.
